Akitas Deposit Contract
Deposits are non-refundable unless the specific sex requested is not available or in the event
that a show prospect is not available and said purchaser has a deposit for a show prospect.
We do not select nor sell puppies based on
color. In the event that purchaser changes mind of purchase of puppy,
deposit non-refundable. In the event that purchaser purchases a puppy from
another breeder, deposit non-refundable. If we have a companion puppy
available of requested sex and purchaser whom has requested a companion but does not want the puppy their deposit is
non-refundable and deposit will not be carried over to another litter unless Breeder/Seller agrees to do so.
Deposit for Companion puppies ($200), companion price is $850.
Deposit for Show prospect puppies ($300), Show prospect price $1,500 and up.
